We offer health and wellness consulting services, including behavior analysis, coaching, fitness guidance, and related support. These services are designed to assist clients in achieving personal wellness and performance goals.

2. Consultation and Appointment Policies

Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
Cancellation or rescheduling requires at least 24 hours' notice.
Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.

3. No Medical Advice

Our services are for educational and coaching purposes only and do not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your healthcare provider for any medical concerns.

4. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for their own health and safety during any exercise or behavior modification activities. You agree to inform WellSphere LLC of any medical conditions or limitations before beginning services.

5. Confidentiality

All personal information shared during consultations is confidential and will not be disclosed without your consent, except as required by law.

6. Payment Terms

Payments for services must be made in full before or at the time of the appointment unless otherwise agreed. WellSphere LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us promptly with any concerns.

8. Limitation of Liability

WellSphere LLC is not liable for any injury, loss, or damages resulting from the use of our services or website. Participation is at your own risk.

9. Intellectual Property

All content provided by WellSphere LLC, including materials, designs, and written content, is owned by WellSphere LLC and may not be copied or used without permission.
