Our Mission and Vision

At WellSphere, our mission is to help those who feel overwhelmed, incompetent, and lost with their health, self, transitions in life, and/or routines by focusing on CONFIDENCE and SECURITY building, finding a STRUCTURE or ROUTINE that sticks for you, MOTIVATION reframing, and/or FITNESS related goals. 

 

With expertise in behavior change, sports coaching, and wellness strategies, we create realistic, sustainable solutions when focusing on your body, your confidence, and your motivation so life feels more calm, more manageable, and you have more control- even during busy seasons and during periods of transition in life.

 

Our founder’s unique background as a BCBA, sports coach, and health & wellness coach ensures every step is guided by both science and compassion — so you can build confidence that carriers, fitness that lasts, change that sticks; therefore, you feel your best inside and out!

Meet the Founder

Robyn Wallman, M.A., BCBA, Certified Health and Wellness Coach

Hi there — I’m so glad you’re here.


I’m a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Certified Health & Wellness Coach, and sports coach with a passion for helping people break through barriers and build lives they’re proud of.

Since 2018, I have worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), becoming a certified analyst in 2020. Along the way, I have pursued extensive training in fitness behavior change, sports health and fitness, fitness behavior training, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) — blending mindset, behavior science, and practical strategies to help individuals succeed. I have also completed a program approved by the National Board of Health and Wellness Coaching (NBHWC) to assist my skills in coaching individuals specifically in health and wellness. 

I founded WellSphere LLC to bring all of this together — using proven ABA principles to help teens, adults, parents, athletes, and coaches create lasting behavior change, maintain momentum, and develop new skills that make a real difference. Depending on your journey, you will get to experience a life change within reframing your mindset, elevating your fitness, and/or redefining your life. You will challenge and transform yourself inside and out while learning to overcome barriers, obstacles, and how to maintain your progress without falling back into old habits. You will witness yourself discover your strengths, your intentions, your purpose WHILE learning to be present with yourself. 

 

My goal is simple: to meet you where you are (literally as we will meet via an online platform), understand your unique challenges, and guide you toward meaningful, sustainable changes.
